Orthopaedic surgeons - hips need sorting out! Help!

I need some pretty major surgery done on my hips. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good orthopaedic surgeon who is based in the West Midlands?

Mr Thomas at New Cross Wolverhampton, I think he is probably at the Nuffield if you are paying.
