I had v low ferritin and hb, ended up with iron infusion to fix it - felt a whole lot better afterwards

My gp ran tests all ok except the feritin
I feel tierd no motivation unbalanced constipated weak. I have bad spasms in my neck and vibrations in different areas.

My hair is so dry and I can't even touch it without a few strands coming away.. Never had that before

I feel not with it, just wanted to know how much of this could be the feritin?

Gp told me to get suppliments from chemist, would that be iron??
And I understand you shouldn't take to much iron is that right?
