Hi I have been having some strange symptoms and was looking for some expert advice! I am on microgynon and for the past three months I have had a brown discharge instead of my period but at the right time for my period. I have also had pains on my lower left side and some shooting pains into my vagina. Has anyone experienced this and had a cyst? I also read that microgynon is used to help people with cysts so thought bit strange if I had one. Also negative pregnancy test so not that. I had spd whilst pregnant and kind of thought maybe a little flair up but it's just left side?
Any advice welcome.
