norovirus

Just recovering from norovirus and have been left with a terrible pain in my lower back...any one else ??

Is it a strain thing from vomiting? Or internal - if so, get it checked out as it might be kidney-related

I'm not sure......it feels internal, I'll probably phone gp this morning ! Thanks
