Slapped cheek or allergy to face paints?

DD has had very bright red cheeks for the past two days. Three days ago we did face paints, the same ones she always has with no reaction. At first I thought it was a reaction, I put some vaseline on her cheeks and it was much better this morning, now is bright bright red again and a bit rough.

She has a runny nose but is otherwise fine

What do you think?

When ds had slapped cheek he also had a very fine lacy rash on his body. Is that any help?

A dose of piriton should give you your answer. If it goes down it was a reaction.

A bit of a rash on her back/trunk this morning. Will keep an eye

Should I take her to the Doc given there is nothing they can do?

Probably a virus.
