I had a biopsy 3 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything. I can't think of anything but..
Any ideas of the average waiting time please.

Can be anywhere between 2-6 weeks, and can be longer if there are staffing problems. It does vary alot andw depend on the pathology lab and the clinician's admin system for getting your result letter out.
It also depends on the reason for referral for investigation as sometimes patients are tracked on a pathway which means there are set targets to have results back by and treatment to start.
What did the clinician who you saw for the procedure say about getting your results?

A month in my case!

I can't remember belaug0si. I was a bit shakey after the procedure and just glad to get out of there. Now however I'm obsessing over the results and kind seem to get on with my life.

Hi
It's understandable to be worried and wanting to hear the results.
I'd suggest contacting the unit where you had the procedure to find out when they should be available (phone number should be on the appointment letter). Alternatively contact your GP to see if they have the results back yet, and also how long they've found it takes.
Hope you hear soon.
