Hi, firstly, I'm not the poo troll! For the last week or so I've had stomach cramps and nausea on and off, and my belly is swollen After a few days I realised I hadn't pooed in a while and wondered if it was just constipation. About 5 or 6 days after it started I did go (normal poo), then 2 hours later I was on the
loo with diarrhoea. I still felt crampy and sick, but it didn't happen again, and the next day I had a normal poo again. I feel lots better now, but still not quite right. Could it just have been constipation? Sorry about the epic overshare!

Does sound like constipation and the aftermath.

If you are "going" normally and recovering I wouldn't worry, but if you keep fluctuating from constipation/diarrhoea or other changes then see your GP.

I am awaiting the joys of gastroscopy & colonoscopy!

Sad Milliways. Hope it's not too bad.

I've never been what you'd call regular, but this was out of the ordinary even for me!

Definitely see your gp, but to reassure you a bit, I had similar and was just put on a month of stool softeners which have touch wood sorted it out. So it might not be too scary.
