omega supplements anyone?

I had a shiatzu massage today and the therapist suggested these for hairloss (not alopecia). There are so many I wondered if anyone could recommend a good one?

I use Victoria Health website and use Lamberts as a rule.

Currently I'm knocking back Krill oil however as I read they were more potent, I swear by them!
