Weird red mark in my nose

Its been there, I'd say, 4 years ish. Just to the left of the main nasal bone and is about 2mm. It's flat to the skin, doesn't itch or anything. But it's red and does stand out. What the heck is it?!

Is it a blood vessel? Maybe a laser treatment would get rid of it?

It may be a serious infection caused by virsuses.Its very sensitive.We should be extra careful about it.First of all never touch the rash with hands.Take antibitics.Nebulization might be helpful for quick recovery.

Last year I had a carcinoma removed from my nose.
