Can you be actually sick from tiredness?

I've been having medication that has side effects of nausea. Posted recently asking about whether to re dose after being sick.

Anyway, I'm ridiculously nauseous and retching a lot, and wondering if it's likely to be the medication still (side effects meant to have worn off by now) or if it's possible to be sick from tiredness??

I've had a few rubbish nights sleep, could it be linked?

I can get like this, if I have a lot of interrupted sleep / tiredness I get really bad nausea and can also get a dodge stomach.

I find sickness tablets brilliant, I use the chewy pastilles and it does calm things down a bit, enough to eat something which also helps loads.

Tis horrible though, you have my sympathies!
