sore red dry skin on dh's face

my dh has really sore dry flaky skin on his face especially T zone area he has been using E45 but with little effect has anyone got any other suggestions?

I wondered about eucerin?

he's on drugs for a medical condition as it could be a side effect of this but any suggestions welcome

is that good? more important;ly will does it smell girly? - he does use my olay sometimes
