Spot underneath my mole

I've just noticed a mole on my leg has become raised on one side as though it has a spot underneath it. Is this normal? I'm freaking out a bit

Don't freak out, but do get it checked.

Il make an appointment first thing Monday. It is only raised on one side and kind of looks like its got a head on it. Yuck I'm so moley it's a constant worry!

Yeah, sounds like it's probably just a spot. But you want to be sure, don't you?
