Had an unpleasant first vertigo attack today, doctor said probably benign or viral. I have been feeling a bit ill for a few days. I forgot to ask how infectious it is- she didn't mention staying away from work and I can't find anything on Google about infecting others..anyone happen to know the answer to this? Thanks
