BIG Lump on forehead after banging head on radiator. What to do????

14mth old fell agains the raidator and banged her head. She now has a lump (not quite the size of an egg) on her forehead.

ANyone know what to do??????

I think lumps is a good sign if they bump their heads. If she seems not her unusual self or seems sleepy, then I'd take her to A&E, but if she seems fine I would not worry.

yes someone tol dme the same thing about a lump being a good thing!

I think as long as she isn't sleepy or sick then she should be ok

Problem is she is cranky cos it's her bedtime. Defo not drowsy.

dros, it is normal for a wee one to be sleepy after a head injury. she should not be pale and lethargic.
there are a list of signs and symptoms you should look out for on the NHS 24 website.
nurofen and a cold compress for the swelling, calpol if you think she is still sore.
If she was knocked out at all, or start vomitin or is unrousable (duh) you should take her to a and e asap. full list of syptoms on NHS website. hope the egg hatches soon!
