I have a sore lump in my breast

It's near the nipple. I'm not bfing as I stopped about a year ago.

I woke up and it was sore and it feels heavy. I don't know what I should do. For the most part my breast feels normal, it's just this bit that is sore.

Personally i'd probably leave it to see if it goes. Do you feel ok in yourself?

Yes I do. Thank you.

It could be a zit forming! But, get it checked out. You'll just keep worrying until you do. Hugs to you.

As to the bfeeding, I occasionally used to leak a bit of milk a year after breastfeeding. I had one sports bra that used to squeeze it out! It could be related to milk.

Hugs to you and try not to worry too much. There are a million explanations.

I think soreness can be a good sign with lumps if it makes you feel any better. However, I would get it checked out, not because I think there is likely to be anything wrong, but because a half hour sitting in a doctor's surgery now could save a fortnight's worry, which might end with you deciding to get it checked out anyway.

Agree with Madame Platypus-think soreness is a good thing.
If it was serious it prob wouldnt feel sore
