Me and DH have arranged to take DS swimming tomorrow, but AF has just arrived.

now usually i dont go swimming while AF is here but DS will be hearbroken, weve just got DD into nursery and it will be nice just the 3 of us to have some time together.

My question is this(and im embaressed to be asking), which tampon/tampax whatever do you recommend for swimming, bearing in mind ive had 2 kids!!!

I used to use tampons all the time then when the scare a few years ago about toxic shock i stopped but it seems stupid to be paying for a health club and not being able to use it 1 week out of 4

big ones!!! just joking.. tampax compak are very good x

i use tesco super and if we are swimming i change just b4 i go in the pool and just after too. hth
