Hi, I appear to have a urine infection I noticed it yesterday and couldnt get a dr appointment but woke this morning feeling like death and vomitting, I am on my own till 6pm with no money for a taxi, I have to get the kids to school and the dog will need walked, what can I do today to make myself well enough to get to the dr tomorrow?
