Heart jumping

A few times yesterday and again this morning I've felt my heart through my chest, not every beat but as though every 4/5 beats it tries to jump out my chest, it's higher than that though I can feel it near my neck? Lasts about 10 mins. No pain or other symptoms.

I have something similar (a sort of extra/delayed blip) which I can sometimes feel. I had an ECG (electro cardiogram) and a 24 hour monitor (Halter) which confirmed that it was nothing to worry about.
Apparantly quite a lot of people have these symptoms

Go and get it checked for your peace of mind

I will try and go to GP, just can't face taking DS and DD along with me!
