Allergic rhinitis

I have this and have just got a Lloyds pharmacy light therapy allergy reliever. It's got rave reviews so really hoping it works!

Has anyone else used one? (strange device with nose probes!)

Well, three goes with it so far, and for the first time in about 6 months I can breathe through my nose.

Hoping it's a good sign!
