DD with yellow tongue

DD3 has been on antibiotics (finished now) for a water infection and I notice today she has a creamy/yellowy covering on her tongue. She feels fine and is very chirpy.

Could it be thrush? Do I need to get it treated?

sounds like it.
Ask your pharmasist to have a wee look. diflucan drops are good , but your pharmisit will recommened age appropriate ones.
Also would check her bottom/vulva to make sure the trush has not spread.
Plenty probiotics to.

Thx Chapsmum - Whatwould I expect to see if it had spread to her nether regions?
