blood spots under skin?

They are about the size of a pin prick, I have lots on one hip, seems to be increasing in number as time goes on...I'm in my thirties.does anyone know what they are and if they're serious?

I'm thinking Campbell de Morgan spots. Google, it's quite safe, they are harmless
