Hi Skribble ... try looking at a Low GI food plan for the next two weeks. Cut out potatoes and eat high grain breads and cereals ....

And get more sleep Grin

What else is involved with low GI, I don't eat potatoes anyway.

I don't wnt to start weighing or anything but want to eat healthy and see if I can boost my energy too.

Low GI is very basic really ... the idea is that you should choose food that takes a long time to digest in your system ... rather than highly processed food that digests quickly and therefore you are hungry quicker and end up eating more ...
My basic rule of thumb is no processed food, breads with lots of grains in that you can see, basmati rice over any other rice (lowest GI), lots of fruit and veg ....
And of course, sleep Grin ... sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep Grin

Lots of water. Cut down on caffeine & alcohol too. Should help bloating.
