Blue moon diary for your cycles

Can anyone please tell me what it is that's in this diary? I would like to make my own for the gynaecologist appointment I have coming up. Thank you.

not sure, filofax used to do a menstural calendar which was great it allowed you to track your periods and was easy to see the pattern of the cycle and to see when you were due on next. I was very dissapointed when they stopped doing them.

Thanks topsi. Shame they don't anymore. I know I can buy this but don't really want to buy it when I'm sure I can make my own. Anyone else know of ideas please?

Do you mean a diary to track your cycle? There are a lot of apps you can download for this.

There are lots of apps for tracking your cycle, both on iPhone and android - could they be any use?

I had one ages ago. From memory there is a lot of space to write how you are feeling and symptoms.

I downloaded a free android one for DD, it has symptons, temperture, moods etc all on it

Thank you ladies. Yes this is to track whats going on with me as I have endo aparently according to the doc even though the lap showed different. But my symptoms have gotten worse and other things added too. Thought I'd try keep track of this as best I could so when I see the gynae I can tell him all by this chart. So fed up and want this sorted out so trying to do all I can to get it sorted.
