Piles and everything that goes with them

I've name changed as I'm embarrassed.

Since dd8 I've had on and off painful piles. I constantly have some that hang down but aren't painful and then get periods where I get bleeding and new piles which are painful, these normally go after a few days.

I've had banding before which worked for a year but they came back and the consultant has suggested an op to get them all cut out. The piles I can cope with but what s worse is the constant old piles hanging down. I'm embarrassed to have sex incase dh can feel them! Am I just odd or does any one else have these?

Sorry your suffering, they are horribly painful! DM had this, I think they are skin tags after they have died, she had surgery to remove them as she always felt unclean because of them. See your GP for referral.
