Am I entitled to a second opinion from a different GP Practice?

Hi, is this the case and if so how do I go about getting this?

It's just my trusted GP has left, there is a problem really worrying me and the only other Doctor currently at my practice I just don't have confidence in (neither do some friends at same GP). All I want is a second opinion from a different Doctor, which consequently will have to be at a different practice.

Surely this is my right?

Thank you in advance for any responses.

If you have no confidence in the GP, why don't you change practices?

You could wait til there is a locum, or change practices? But no right for a second opinion from another practice,no. There's also the private option, a private GP appointment might be 50 quid + or consultant 150 +
