Two weeks ago DD had a nasty fall which resulted in a large grazed and bruised bump on her forehead. The bump was quite raised. I know a nurse, who checked her over for me, and apart from a bit of a headache and being rather sore for a few days she was fine. She has made a full recovery to her normal self in terms of how she is in herself.
BUT, the bump is still very pronounced on her head. The bruising and grazes have gone, so it is not so visible, but to the feel it is still a large round protruding bump....
I only really noticed it yesterday, and wondered if I should get it checked as I am concerned that it is permanent - it kind of has that very solid "here forever" feel about it and it makes me wonder what damage she actually did....
