Blood results help

So I'm suffering with joint and muscle pain, muscle weakness, shaking and fatigue. I've had blood tests done and the one that have come back above average are
Red blood cell count
Heamoglobin concentration
Haematocrit
White blood cell count
Neutrophil count
Vitamin d

Doc has referred me to reamutologist but has anyone else had results similar? The not knowing is awful

Red blood cell count is 5.26
Heamoglobin concentration is 16.6
Haematocrit is 0.49
White blood count is 11.3
Neutrophil is 8.8 vitamin d is 57.1

Sorry also forgot anti nuclear factor level is + and pattern is fine speckled but can't find out what this means
