My left sinus hurts, its causing pressure headaches above and around my eye and feels ike there something rolling in my nose, keep getting stabbing pains.

Thanks.

Hi, Ive been suffering from sinusitis most of my adult life and know how much they can hurt!! Go to your chemist and ask for Fluticasone or flixonase. Should help bring down inflammation of sinuses. Plus paracetamol and ibuprofen for pain. If they get worse, go to docs for antibiotics. I have heard that having a hot, steamy bath can help loosen up the mucus, but never worked for me.
Hope you feel better soon.

Sudafed is meant to be very good. Might be worth giving that a try.

Hope it clears soon. Smile

Sudofed, steam inhalation, paracetamol, ibuprofen.

If it persists get to the doctors for antibiotics.

I'm one of the unlucky few that has suffered from my teenage years and it's horrible!

Ooh, I sympathise. It's painful. Lots of steam inhalation, with some Vicks dissolved in the boiling water. My GP sister recommended doing it six times a day, which i found soothing, but ultimately i needed antibiotics when it refused to clear and my head nearly exploded on a flight. I was pregnant, so couldn't take ibuprofen, and the facial pain was horrid.

If you have dental pain too and it doesn't clear after a day or two, go to your GP for antibiotics.
