I have looked up the cals & saturated fats on the points finder with count on us food (sandwich wraps/crisps etc), but they dont seem to have any points, as the saturates are lower than the finder??? Is this so , or am I doing it wrong?? I also cant find count on us food in the shopping guide and because it is all low fat food I cant work it out by seperating ingredients and building up.

Just trying to be good after the 33 points on xmas day, only have 14 a day rather than 18.

I havent officialy joined as my sis had all the books & I knew alot about it from her and at the mo (being horribly smug , but it wont last!!) I seem to have the self motivation to do it withought going for weekly weigh in etc. I discipline myself to only weigh in at home on Sundays!!!

What are the cals & sat. fat ? I'll blow the dust off my database calculator thing (in readiness for the New Year) and see if I can work them out.

Rae1973 · 30/12/2003 14:46

Melsy, let me know what the cals and saturated fat are for them and I'll work them out for you, I am an old hand at weight watchers.

melsy · 30/12/2003 14:47

Nacho chicken wrap :
cals - 245

Sorry, pretty sure that's right ! Have you looked at the weightwatchers site and their message boards ? Quite a few helpful hints on some of them.

melsy · 30/12/2003 20:58

Stooopid stooopid thick brain , been using point finder wrong!!! Was looking at the yellow box for sat fats not the white number on the right, its the other way round right???

Were have my brains gone - could this be lack of sleep & food for several weeks????? Sorreee very run down & fed up at the mo(time of the month issue). Very close to giving up this evening & feel like binging on ice cream chocs crisps and drink.
