Stye or something else?

I keep getting small white spots on my bottom eye lids, they are not generally painful, but more annoying and a little unsightly.
Now and again one of them will flare up in a stye kind of fashion and be sore.
I use my old wives tale remedey of rubbing a gold ring on it and it seems to go away.
However, it keeps happening and I dont know how to get rid of the ugly little white spots
ANyone had anything similar ? Seems a little trivial to be going to the docs with something like this but I would like to get rid of them

Hmm if it is a stye broline cream would sort it. I can't remember the name of it but I know adults can get the same thing as baby milk spots but dunno how to get rid of it all I know is its normally around the eye area. Sorry I could not be of more help.
