Have been having terrible pain in the right side of my ribs mostly at night but sometimes during day as well. Doc suspected gallstones as did google searches. All symptoms appeared to point to this. But ultrasound shows all is well and with kidney and spleen. So what can this pain be? So bad aim woken every night in pain sometimes so bad I can't catch my breath. Any ideas?
