Sweaty seven year olds!

Our 7 1/2 year old boy suddenly started smelling like a locker room yesterday after shovelling some snow. Same again today - a ripe, adult pong. Is this very young? Does anyone else use deodorant on their kids?

Hi YearO, ahhh the smells of christmas... we're not quite at the needing deodorant stage with my seven-and-a-halfer, but I have noticed a ripe smell coming from his socks recently. Is it all downhill from here?

My DS had a pair of plastic trousers with a nylon lining, needless to say he only wore them once as he smelled revolting when he took them off!
Apart from that he thankfully still smells like a rose. Shame his sister doesn't after a night in pull-ups! R.
