my jaw is feeling sore and achy

Does it ache or feel stiff when you open your mouth? And hard to open wide to eat?
I had that once. It went after about a week. I decided I had strained the jaw muscles constantly trying to dislodge a bit of food stuck in a back molar with my tongue, but could never be sure. Eating was a bit difficult but wine still slid down a treat.
That's all I have to say really! Probably not much use but never mind. Hope it clears up soon.

well ive had a cold for 2 weeks and was feeling better till this morning as nose blocked up again!
