am getting desperate to lose weight and have lots of experience of slimming world.Stopped going because i found the meetings so incredibly dull.so was wondering whether weight watchers was any better?
i like the idea of going and getting weighed and sharing tips etc but hate sitting talking solely about food and what new products there are for an hour.

Not been myself, but have a friend who goes and she has done brilliantly - lost 2 (post baby) stones.

I go to WW and i think it will depend on your meeting and who leads it.
Ours is a lovely woman, she has kids, so knows what family life is like, try it, its a good diet anyway. HTH.

slimming world was quite good for me because i hate having to think about food all the time.if i had weigh everything or count calories and get to a point in the day where i had to say'well i've run out of calories so i can't eat anything else' then i'd hate it.
