Anyone not pregnant who takes this every morning? My friend has suggested I use it as I said I was often feeling tired. How long does it take to work?

It'll only work if you're anaemic? Takes a few days - its very good.

If you take it soon after or before tea or coffee the tannin stops the iron being absorbed.

Stick it in fresh orange juice, the vit c helps the iron absorption and masks some of the metallic taste.

When Iv'e finished the regular supply I can start the apple flavour. It's timing it right between food intake...I'm a grazer!
