Anyone not pregnant who takes this every morning? My friend has suggested I use it as I said I was often feeling tired. How long does it take to work?

It'll only work if you're anaemic? Takes a few days - its very good.

Do you take it with or without iron tablets? Confused

Iggly · 01/10/2012 12:22

Without. It's an iron supplement.

Thank you Smile

If you take it soon after or before tea or coffee the tannin stops the iron being absorbed.

Thanks for that info. Fluffy. I've just realised I've wasted a weeks worth Hmm

Stick it in fresh orange juice, the vit c helps the iron absorption and masks some of the metallic taste.

When Iv'e finished the regular supply I can start the apple flavour. It's timing it right between food intake...I'm a grazer!
