Sorry as I know this is an regular topic here but....
how long do you find it takes for treatment to work? Should I double up and take another tablet- it says you can after 7 days- or use a pessary now as well?
I've taken an oral treatment tablet on Saturday ( or maybe Sunday not sure) and am still v sore. I think I am highly sensitive to yeast and have to medicate about twice a year. Worst symptom is burning skin after weeing, where the wee hits IYSWIM. This can last for a couple oh hours then when I wee again of course it comes back. Am also using some Canestan cream.
Has anyone used the new soft gel pessary? I'm panicking a bit as supposed to be doing a long car trip soon and am very sore to sit and also need the loo a lot.
