she vomits once a day but its every night - ODD

we all had the vomittng bug last week, but dd still seems to have something , since fri she has vomitted every night round the same time. her appetite is back and she seems ok but a wee bit tired/less energy.

any ideas?
should she go to playschool this morn?

Sometimes after a gastric bug toddlers (if she is a toddler) can get a temporary allergy to milk - lactose... it can make the vomiting go on for ages.
DD had this and it tooks us ages and one late night GP to tell us to cut out milk and she cleared up overnight.
It could be this?
Also acidopholus powder from health shop is good for sorting out the good bacteria back in their tummies...

piffle shes 3, and i did put it down to milk. i have reduced it to a very small amt morn and even, she LOVES her milk.

but i hin your right,
the powder is a good idea.
she wont drink the little probiotic drinks for me.

We just changed to soy milk, dd loves it and never even noticed the change!

got the acidophilus in chewable tablet form for her, which she'll take,
