Can someone put my mind at rest about my ds nearly 4 and her temperature

My ds has a bit of a temperature on/off from yesterday lunchtime, its been no more than 38.5 and she seems ok in herself and tells me this morning he throat hurts. but on Saturday afternoon she bumped the back of her head on our wooden coffee table and it came up in a real pointy bump, its gone down know and she cried when it happened but not since. Ive got it into my head that this is why she has a temperature, although deep down Im sure its just a bug, could a bump on the head cause a temperature or am on worrying for nothing?

A bump on the head won't have caused her to have a high temperature. If her throat hurts, chances are she's got one of these bugs that's going around - there's a lot about at the moment.

Hope she feels better soon.

not after this long a time pepsi, symptoms from a bump on the head come up within six hours so he's well out of the woods, sounds like he's just got a bit of an infection.
