Snoring

DH is working nights this week and I have realised that this is the only time that I get a proper nights sleep.

I am sitting downstairs in the lounge with the radio on and I can still clearly hear him snoring as I have been able to since he went to bed at 7am

Even DD commented on it when she got up this morning.

I would really like to stop or at least reduce DH's snoring. I often have very disturbed nights when I end up hitting or kicking him every 30 mins.

He is not overweight much, and snores no matter what position he sleeps in, although he has always been worst sleeping on his back.

It's really starting to get to me, some days I am really tired. Earplugs don't work, I bought some new ones last month but I find it hard to sleep with them in and he is still too loud.

Has anyone had any success with any devices or products, or should I ask him to see the GP for other solutions?

Yes get him to the GP to check there's no underlying issues.

But which earplugs did you use? I swear by these and you can't tell you've got them in.
