The air is changing. My chest is suddenly quite rubbishy poorly 
- and after a happy almost symptom-free summer (after the preceding 2-3 years this has been virtually miraculous!) spent happily in denial and thinking I would never hear from my asthma ever again (
fraud-plex strikes hard!) I am now wheezing like a drain and wondering what the autumn/winter will bring..... Anyone else struggling...? It's been a while since we managed to get an adult asthma thread up and going - anyone care to join me again...?! MPD
