Hi all I've had SPD with my middle child in pregnancy but went soon after birth, but with my 3rd child it hasn't gone, I've recently just started my periods again after 5 months (im breastfeeding) and my SPD has come back is there any help/ cure???
Has anyone else got it and how do you deal with it?
It's really bad when I'm on my period and I can't exercise (shame, good excuse eh!) but seriously it's painful to walk the kids to school!
Please anyone out there that can help?????

Hi i quite literally feel your pain! Hated not being able to do school run in particular and having to ask for help!
I have suffed for about 3 years on and off but have slowly got better with seeing a chiropractor, i used a belt to support my pelvis in early stages too. I also take evening primrose or starflower suppliments to regulate hormones which seems to have done the trick, don't get that awful pain and weak feeling on my period. Get to a doctor or chiropractor, it won't get better by itself. But it will ge better. Good luck:)

Thank you so much that helps a lot to know it can get better I have booked a doctor appointment to see what they say as a first step!
Can you take those supplements whilst breast feeding?
