My partner is struggling with stress levels at the moment, does not want to take antidepressants and so I am trying to persuade him that some sort of therapy could help him to deal differently with stressful events (he tends to catastrophise)
The question is where to start? Hypnotherapy? CBT? NLP? Counselling?
I really don't know which is likely to be eBay but we are both worried for his health as he is.
