How much did your bartholin cyst hurt?

10 being excruciating painful...

This is my 2nd one in 2yrs and it hurts like f**k!!!!

10. Fucking excruciating. Salt baths really help though, and what a relief when it bursts.

15. Labour was better. SPD for three months was better. I feel very sorry for you if you're on your second. I was in the same position but went to the hospital as soon as it started up and a very nice gynae lanced it for me immediately at its very beginning. I hope you can get it sorted.

It felt like a a huge balloon filled with molten lava was trying to exit my body via a tiny hole in my labia.

10. It hurt to walk, sit down, do anything really. I booked a GP appointment out of desperation. It popped before I had to go. The relief....

I went to a&e in the end. It was lanced that day, under local anaesthetic, apparently this is the new way! Less invasive! The pain!!!! Much much better now though
