hello (posted this in general health to see if anyone can help here as well as child health)
My 2.5yo DD has large soft swellings under each ear/back of jaw - complaining they hurt. Think it could be mumps - off to docs at 3.30.
I'm really worried as you hear so many bad things about mumps, and also, I have a 16wo baby, so worried about him getting it off her.
Has anyone else had a toddler with it? Any experiences/tips etc appreciate, please no horror stories, I'm worried enough.
