I've hurt my foot...its burning and itching and I can't walk on it.

I'm on my own and I can't stand feet, so I'm lost for what to do. Any suggestions would be very appreciated!

Here's a picture (its not pretty, but not tpp bad. No blood etc)

Thank you!

Ouch looks like a hospital job if you can't walk on it.

Flisspaps · 09/09/2012 22:57

Dr or hospital.

First aiders can't help much more than suggest an ice pack and visit a medic.

shrimponastick · 09/09/2012 22:58

What the heck did you do???

It's abig area which is exposed. I would go to A& E - there is no way you could ut a dressing on that yourself.

Flisspaps · 09/09/2012 22:59

Having looked at your photo (how the fuck did you do that?!) then clean it, put a clean dressing and bandage on it and get to GP in the morning, before it gets infected!

PenguinBear · 09/09/2012 23:01

Agree with a&e/ out of hours to get it correctly dressed. What did you do?!

lifeisfuckinggreat · 09/09/2012 23:05

That dead skin needs to come off but it looks superficial even though it is wide. Wash it to clean it and put dry dressing over, see practice nurse tomorrow, she'll love it!

SheelaNeGoldGig · 09/09/2012 23:12

Fuck!

Looks clean though.
Cover it with something non sticky. Dr in the morning.

SheelaNeGoldGig · 09/09/2012 23:14

Actually i looked again.

Ew ew ew.

A&E to get proper dressing.

Flisspaps · 10/09/2012 22:36

So caja, how did you get on (and what did you do to it in the first place)?!
