Any advice - feeling ill on holiday?

Had what seemed to be a stomach bug a week ago, throwing up and a high temp, but this cleared up pretty quickly. Am now on hols and have started to feel nauseated, constantly full and feel the need to burp all the time (nice). The burps are horribly yeasty (sorry TMI). Anyone have any ideas what might help? Thanks very much.

The eggy burps led this to mind.

Are you in the UK on holiday?. I would seek medical attention asap, you need further investigation.

The symptoms of giardiasis usually begin 4-10 days after a giardiasis infection has occurred, but they can appear up to three weeks later.

They can begin suddenly and abruptly or they can develop slowly over the course of a number of days.
Initial symptoms can include:
watery diarrhoea, which can be foul-smelling and explosive
abdominal cramps
vomiting
a mild high temperature of between 37-38ºC (98.6-100.4ºF)
producing foul-smelling wind (farts)
nausea (feeling sick)
bloating
indigestion
fatigue (extreme tiredness)
loss of appetite
weight loss, which can be as much as 4.5kg (10 pounds)

Hopefully it is not that but you need to see a doctor particularly as you have had these problems for over a week.
