medised and neurofen?

can you give these together? dd2, 2.5yrs has horrible cold/cough and having awful nights. tried medised on it's own last night but she still had quite a high temp and still kept waking up snotty.

I desperately need some sleep as dh is away for 4 nights and I'm on my own with 2 dd's.

yes you can. Medised has paracetamol in it so you shouldn't give it with paracetamol. But with nurofen is fine.

try alternating the doses as opposed to giving both together, ie one dose of nurofen, followed by medised 4 hours later, followed by nurofen a further 4 hours later.
