ozone oils for treatment of eczema

Thanks folks.No problem as such, Chandra. This is an area I know nothing about, and am fortunate that none of my kids suffer.
I asked because at a recent lecture on ozone in dentistry there was some talk of ozonated oil being used to treat eczema ( among other things) and I had never heard of this and wondered if any of you knew more. A web search threw up some stuff but I have found the web to be notoriously unreliable particularly if something is being sold
