Although I have many other problems with my pmt/periods, one symptom concerning me is the complete scatterbrain I become, taking absent mindedness and forgetfulness to an extraordinary level.
I'm a bit worried as I am starting uni in October and as I can barely function at a basic level during this time, I'm wondering how on earth I am going to cope at uni - or even worse, if I have important coursework/exams to complete during this time.
Does anyone else get these symptoms and is there anything at all that can help?!
I have, in the last few days, forgotten my phone several times (never ever do this normally), bought my ds crisps when I KNOW he hates crisps, thought it was tuesday today and so was getting ready to send ds to school tomorrow, got totally lost for ages on a familar route, put the coffee jar in the fridge etc etc.
