Anyone had Internal stitches coming out?
I had breast surgery in the middle of June, on left side was open a bit and infected had have antibiotics. It healed.
Then on the right side I've had internal stitches coming out. A hole appears, bit gunky and bleeds a little, and then can start to see stitch appear. Nurse had a little tug but won't pull out anymore. So just cut off end. Few data later from same hole, more came out, cut it off again. Happened a few times. Then hole healed.
Then another hold appeared, and same thing happening again.
Has this happened to anyone else? How long did it keep happening for? Did it increase the area of scaring?
